When will my order be processed? How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will typically take 7-35 business days for delivery by our shipping partner (depending on location) for Standard Insured Shipping. 

COVID-19 has severely impacted international movement of goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to most international destinations.

As a result, please note that our shipping partners have advised that, due to Covid-19 restrictions as well as the unprecedented demand during recent peak seasons, they may have difficulty maintaining on-time delivery. In such a scenario, we seek your kind understanding for late deliveries during this exceptional period.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
