Amazing Christmas gift , our 2 years old daughter will keep it forever ❤️
Got this for the wife on Mother’s Day. She was surprised and absolutely loved how unique it is. My little 2 year old loves it too and plays the sound of her singing everyday. Also got a couple of complements from friends at work. Love everything about it!
Awesome gift! Thank you 🙂
First I have to say the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I had previously left 4 stars instead of 5 because the volume of my box was really loud, and soon after leaving the review their service rep Joanna emailed me and attached a video showing how to adjust the volume of the box. It was extremely helpful!! I ordered a box with a custom song and I requested for them to send me a video of it before shipping it out just to make sure it was exactly what I was expecting. They sent the video and it was perfect, and the service representatives were very kind. The shipping did take a while but it was during peak Christmas season, so that was expected, and still the representatives did what they could to make sure it arrived at the expected time- and it did. The box itself is so cute and the song sounds beautiful. I got it as a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it so much too! Even the packaging it came in is cute. My experience with this store was really great & I love the music box I received :)
Great team to deal with. Gave them a custom chalange to make with photo on both sides of the lid with text and full length sound file as well. Great quality and proof b4 final assembly with fast turnaround as well.
I am highly satisfied with the Digital Music Box. Throughout the entire process, the team behind the Music Box was consistent in their attention to detail, solid communication, and doing their best in accommodating the features I was looking for. I love the idea of a music box playing a custom tune and having a wooden engraving, thank you very much!
This is very impressive quality! Nice. I love this music box variant of “Scourge of the Universe” onto an actual Music Box! Thank you all so much.
I paid for a 2min loop and got a 30 sec clip of the worst music i have ever heard this was not the sound i gave or was sampled to me this is pathetic. I was going to give this to my mother but i wouldnt disrepect her like that so instead i will just throw it as far as i can.
The music box turned out perfectly. I would give this company five stars and really appreciate how fast they were to make sure it came on time.
It seems very cheaply made for what I paid. It's very light weight. It came chipped (see the photo). The video showed someone taking a plug out of the charger port but there's no plug on mine. It's extremely hard to open… I wasn't sure it did at first. I'm disappointed. this is a gift for my daughter's 21st birthday.
Great service and product. Highly recommend.
Wonderful attentive staff, fast shipping and stellar product quality.
The team was so helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. I recorded and uploaded my own original music and they were able to make it into a wonderful music box.
Sene an item that's packaged better and does not get destroyed in transit.
Easy design and ordering process. Song attached to the was exactly what we were wanting.
Absolutely incredibly cute! Completely what I visualised. You guys made my dream gift come true. I'll definitely make this my first pick whenever I need more music boxes.
This is such a unique and beautiful gift to give! My friend absolutely loved it and said it was one of the most thoughtful gifts she had ever received. It took a while to arrive, but it was in perfect condition, and the sound quality is amazing! I definitely recommend getting a custom music box, it is easy to upload the song file and it sounds perfect!
This is the second box I have purchased for my daughter and we love them. I want to make one as a gift for my parents.
Came out exactly how I had imagined it. Not much to say here other than you get what you pay for. In my case they even threw in an extra three seconds to the audio to make it end less abruptly. Real solid music box that sounds great. Would have been nice to know in the description and maybe I missed it but there is a light sensor that needs to be activated when you open the lid to it. Would have been nice to know but maybe I misread something. Either way it’s made real well.
I couldn’t be more pleased with how this turned out. It was everything I was hoping for.
The Music Box Store helped me create the most thoughtful gift I've ever given to a loved one. The team worked with me back and forth until we got the custom song just right! When I received the music box, everything was perfect and working just as expected. It brought tears to my loved one's eyes when she received it. Absolutely excellent!
Came quickly, the quality both of the design and the sound is perfect :)
It was a birthday gift for my friend, she loved the words written on the box and the music track.
So special! This music box was bought as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. It encaptures the voices of our family, telling him we love him. The sound is good and clear, the box looks lovely, the engraving is well made. Hardly weighs anything. Came inside a neat box with micro-usb cable for charging. The color of the box itself isn't even (half is slightly darker) but still beautiful. My husband and I are very pleased with the result. Also, please note Joanna was very kind and pleasant to work with, we passed many emails and she kindly passed my requests to the design team until I was satisfied with the engraving. Thank you Joanna and music box team!
I'm thrilled with my personalised digital music box! It plays mine and my partner’s special song with crystal-clear sound quality, creating a magical atmosphere every time we hear it. The customisation options allowed me to make it truly unique, and the sleek design fits perfectly in our home. It's the perfect way to relive cherished memories and create new ones together. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful and romantic gift for their partner.
The product arrived safely and sooner than I expected. Everything worked perfectly, the sound is clear, no defects in the product. My girlfriend loved it!
Fun little music box.
This gift was intended for a person close to me. I strongly believe they enjoyed their present. It was something meaningful and they were likewise delighted to receive it. From here on out, whenever a loved one or a friend's birthday is nearby, I'll give them a music box.
I am one of the few lucky people that meet their soulmate. I was lucky enough to hear her make the comment, “Ya know, I’ve always wanted a music box. Ever since I was a little girl.” I found this company and they worked with me personally to ensure that the box would make it in by Christmas, which at the time was 15 days. My soulmate is notorious for being able to hold back tears. I gloated that I had a gift that would bring her to tears. She told me to not be disappointed when she didn’t. After she opened her gift and let it go thru the song, she looked up at me with tears rolling down her cheek and said, “You were right.”
I love the music box that i received. Whist one of the leg was broken by the time i received it the customised image I selected and music quality was top notch. Highly recommend
Fun little music box, somewhat addictive.
This music box was perfect! Great sound quality too.
The quality of the music is amazing, but during shipping the charging port snapped off. It still plays but eventually it’ll run out of battery. When it dies im kind of screwed :/
Love my little music box, great fun to listen to. Will have to see about buying another one.
In love with my custom box playing my kids’ voices!
I bought music boxes for two extremely special women who are about to become mothers for the first time. The box on the left playing "so this is love" from disneys cinderella and the one on the right playing a st Bernard's waltz for my beautiful amazing dance teacher who helped this wheelchair user to accomplish something she never thought capable in being able to do Scottish country dancing. This waltz being extremely special to us both. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart x
I absolutely loved the music box I ordered for my husband for our anniversary. Sad it did not get here until three days after our anniversary but when it arrived it was amazing 🤩
It is a beautiful little music box! Thanks to the team receiving my feedback patiently, I am pleased with the outcome. However the music was so loud that sounds cracked, it got way better when I reduced the sound to 40%. Overall, it was a great purchase!
I ordered a digital music box, with my own song. The song is very accurate, sounds great. The little box is so sweet... it is a gift for a loved one and I am sure he will love it. It was ready pretty fast, the communication about custom preferences was great and it arrived quite fast, considering the distance. Thank you!!!!
