The customer service was phenomenal. I ordered a custom box with a song by The Cure but with a music box tone and I requested for them to send me a video of it before shipping it out just to make sure it was exactly what I was expecting. They sent the video and it was perfect, and the service representatives were very kind. The shipping did take a while but it was during peak Christmas season, so that was expected, and still the representatives did what they could to make sure it arrived at the expected time- and it did. The box itself is so cute and the song sounds beautiful. I love it!! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the volume of the song is really loud- much louder than I was expecting or than it seemed in the video they sent, but I’m sure it’s something that you could make sure to avoid when ordering. Other than that, my experience with this store was great & I love my music box.

Overall a positive experience, the music box works!! it's a reasonably nice looking item and works well as a gift. It takes a LONG time to arrive (unless you live in China) so bear that in mind before ordering. Took 20 days from order date!

These are really magical. Very beautiful boxes and the music is lovely. Of the 4 I bought 3 of them sound perfect. One of them sounds a little off (with the Castle in the Sky one some of the root notes are slightly out of time with the melody) but it's still charming. Overall very pleased :)

I was searching online for music boxes (how they sound and what they looked like etc.) and then I found their YouTube channel which displayed a ton of their music boxes.
They are small but very cute, and I adore the patterning - very lovely. The music sounds like a lullaby so much so that it never gets annoying.
The little things like finalising the design and then tracking the package went very smoothly.
They are a very niche but special gift in my opinion, and I highly recommend buying one.
