Engrave A Short Personalized Message On Your Music Box [Add-On]

The customer service was phenomenal. I ordered a custom box with a song by The Cure but with a music box tone and I requested for them to send me a video of it before shipping it out just to make sure it was exactly what I was expecting. They sent the video and it was perfect, and the service representatives were very kind. The shipping did take a while but it was during peak Christmas season, so that was expected, and still the representatives did what they could to make sure it arrived at the expected time- and it did. The box itself is so cute and the song sounds beautiful. I love it!! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the volume of the song is really loud- much louder than I was expecting or than it seemed in the video they sent, but I’m sure it’s something that you could make sure to avoid when ordering. Other than that, my experience with this store was great & I love my music box.

Wonderful quality, the engraving looks great, and it shipped out very quickly! The only thing I am having a hard time with is punching holes for the music because the song I would like to use is little complicated, but the pre-punched music provided sounds great!
