I ordered the music box for family friends who had recently lost their son to cancer. The box played the song he used to play for his mother on his piano that most reminded them of him, and included his picture and a quote. I was concerned about whether the picture and the quote would both fit inside the cover, but that was not necessary. The music box was absolutely perfect and I am so glad I found the music box store to help me create this memory box for them.

I bought music boxes for two extremely special women who are about to become mothers for the first time.
The box on the left playing "so this is love" from disneys cinderella and the one on the right playing a st Bernard's waltz for my beautiful amazing dance teacher who helped this wheelchair user to accomplish something she never thought capable in being able to do Scottish country dancing. This waltz being extremely special to us both.

I am satisfied with my purchase. The music box arrived quickly (two weeks from the order with shipping to Italy). The product has a nice sound and the customer service was very kind and always available to resolve any clarification and also to offer me an alternative solution to my request. The music box as a manufacture is average and quite standard but overall the final effect is fantastic. I can't wait to deliver the gift.

First I have to say the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I had previously left 4 stars instead of 5 because the volume of my box was really loud, and soon after leaving the review their service rep Joanna emailed me and attached a video showing how to adjust the volume of the box. It was extremely helpful!! I ordered a box with a custom song and I requested for them to send me a video of it before shipping it out just to make sure it was exactly what I was expecting. They sent the video and it was perfect, and the service representatives were very kind. The shipping did take a while but it was during peak Christmas season, so that was expected, and still the representatives did what they could to make sure it arrived at the expected time- and it did. The box itself is so cute and the song sounds beautiful. I got it as a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it so much too! Even the packaging it came in is cute. My experience with this store was really great & I love the music box I received :)

It is a beautiful little music box! Thanks to the team receiving my feedback patiently, I am pleased with the outcome. However the music was so loud that sounds cracked, it got way better when I reduced the sound to 40%. Overall, it was a great purchase!
