I got the customizable music box with the handle you have to turn to play it. It was absolutely perfect<3 Exactly how other people's pictures were in the reviews. If you are ordering around major holidays, especially more romantic ones, order at least 6 weeks in advance because it takes them about a week to manufacture your customized music box and when they're backed up on orders, it takes a while to ship (as anything is during the holidays lol).
I was worried about tracking my shipment since it wasn't updating but customer service was very helpful and was able to give me an update even though the website was a bit behind.

This music box is small and pretty! I especially like the carvings on the outside. It had a strong smell at first but that went away after a few days of letting it air out. The song it plays is beautiful. I got it as a gift for my best friend and it made her cry. :)

Beautiful box. Arrived with some minor scratches on two of the corners, otherwise great condition. The shipping was a little longer than expected, but the customer service was quick to response to my issues. The shipping could also be the shipping company’s fault. I recommend to buy it early if you’re buying this as a gift, as mine arrived three weeks late. Despite all of this, I would buy again.

Sounds good! Some catching on the notes which makes it a bit harder to play (not an issue on my other box) but otherwise good! Nice design, although I'd go for coloured variant if available (although it looks nice, it's a little lacking visual in just a plain wood colour).
